Cold Origin currently receives equipment, supply and quotation enquiries. Product availability, pricing, freight, installation, tax-exempt purchasing, purchase orders, quotation validity and order acceptance are confirmed only in writing for the specific enquiry.

Equipment, delivery and support

Manufacturer warranty terms apply only where confirmed for the exact product. Cold Origin support, returns, freight-damage procedures, installation responsibilities and site preparation requirements will be stated in the applicable quotation or order documentation. An enquiry or acknowledgement is not an accepted order.

Enquiry information

Forms collect contact, organisation, application, equipment, site, delivery and procurement details needed to review and respond to an enquiry. Records are stored privately in WordPress and are available only to authorised site administrators. They are retained while needed for the enquiry and legitimate business records, then reviewed for deletion.

Submitting a form does not create a marketing subscription. To request access, correction or deletion, use the Contact page and reference the relevant enquiry number. Do not submit payment details or sensitive personal information.
