Cold Origin currently receives equipment, supply and quotation enquiries. Product availability, pricing, freight, installation, tax-exempt purchasing, purchase orders, quotation validity and order acceptance are confirmed only in writing for the specific enquiry.
Equipment, delivery and support
Manufacturer warranty terms apply only where confirmed for the exact product. Cold Origin support, returns, freight-damage procedures, installation responsibilities and site preparation requirements will be stated in the applicable quotation or order documentation. An enquiry or acknowledgement is not an accepted order.
