Our operating intention is to follow confirmed MAP policies; use approved descriptions, images and brand assets; respect agreed territories and channels; avoid unapproved marketplace listings and unconfirmed stock claims; present lead times and freight terms accurately; route technical questions appropriately; follow confirmed returns and warranty processes; maintain manufacturer-compliant merchandising; and protect long-term brand value.
Integration and fulfilment
We ask potential suppliers about dropship and blind-shipping capability, minimums, dealer pricing, MAP, product and inventory feeds, order routing, freight, territories, returns, warranty handling, replacement parts, technical support and account requirements.
