Define the ice and the demand
Record the required ice type, approximate daily use and peak service period. Ask for the operating conditions behind any quoted production rating.
Separate storage from production
A machine’s production figure and a bin’s storage capacity describe different things. Confirm the compatibility of each component and how ice will be dispensed.
Check the installation
Measure available space, ventilation clearances and access. Confirm water, drainage, electrical and filtration requirements against the selected model’s documentation.
